I would never describe myself as a social butterfly or a person who is anti social etc. I think I'm mostly disconnected from everything.sad but true.

I always find myself in situations when friends come to me for things, requests, questions or simply when they don't have other friends.

2011 has been a good year. a lot of ups and downs especially in academics. But I know that with hard work and perseverance I can make 2012 even better. I have learnt a lot in 2011 and have no plans to stop. As for relationships with other people,i sticked to my own principle 'treat others how you want to be treated'.

Normally, I would list down a list of new years resolution but this year, I (finally) came to realization that I only fulfill mayb 2 of 10. Therefore, I have decided with ONE new year resolution. is to.....

TO MAKE SMALL AND ACHIEVABLE GOALS ALL YEAR LONG!

Hahah damn feasible I think. Instead of making big big ones like lose 5 kg this year is not very realistic for me. Therefore, it shall be e.g no fast food for a month :):) just an example. haven't gotten anything for January yet. But it's okay! I won't have pressure to fulfill my resolutions and i won't feel like crap at the end of this year (if we don't die from a massive apocalypse).

i celebrated new years rather quietly with Low siblings, Kyean, KBF. It was a nice relaxing night. I ushered the new years with KBf by my side and lovely fireworks at DPC :)Spent the next day having seafood at Kuala Selangor, heavenly as usual :)

Before I begin, Merry Christmas to all out there reading this :) May your days be merry and bright :):)Christmas celebration this year was pretty much the same as last years. All planned out like 3 months ago. So all along I was just looking forward to Christmas day :)

Spent Christmas eve w my eldest sister doing last minute shopping (lol she bought and i just walked).

Went to Pavilion, super lucky to have gotten parking. I shall spare you the mundane story of shopping. The highlight of our shopping trip was when my sister lost her iPhone 4. We were browsing in Forever 21 and was about to leave, so she wanted to call her bf. She then realised she lost her phone. We were in more than 2 shops prior to F21. Alas we went back to Swarozski and APPARENTLY, my sister just left her phone on top of the display table and LUCKILY, the salesgirl picked it up and kept it. MEH. got scolded by my sister cuz i didn't help her look after her shit. -.-

Had Christmas eve dinner w my mother, sister, uncle Lim and September (cousin) at Daorae Desa Sri Hartamas. Have been craving for Korean food since forever!

Had dinner at Imperial Rama, my mother's high roller friend treated dinner. And the highlight of the dinner was the RM 600 fish. FREAKIN DELICIOUS!

Had to rush to Arena of Stars for the concert. Overal the concert was okay lah. I'm ashamed that I don't know much about the Beatles or their songs. They encored with 'Hey, Jude', no surprises there. made the crowd sing the bridge 5 times which i thought was a little stupid then the concert ended.

If you noticed, the back drop of the Mersey Beatles are actual original videos from the original Beatles. I took so many cuz they looked reallyyyy nice!

After the concert while we were walking out, the most suai (unlucky) thing happened to me. This aunty stepped the back of my show while I was walking and my shoe fucking snapped. FMLTTM. Then all she did was apologise and did not offer to pay me back -.- bitch maximus.Don't think she felt anything lah. Stupid lady. ANYWAYS. Walked barefooted on the roads of genting (one foot only) back to the hotel. lol ppl were staring can -.-

So instead of being angry about it. I made the best of the situation. Hence.

I remember applying for the Taylor's World Class Scholarship (TWCS) and in 2009 where I applied for Principal's Scholarship. Both required me to submit an essay on my career aspirations.
Back in 2009, when i was 17, I wrote about how I wanted to be like mother. A capable woman, taking care of 3 girls while juggling a company w 100+ employee. Wow was I a 17 year old.

2 years later, upon finishing my foundation program, and in the midst of my first year in uni, I had to answer the same question but this time with a certain expected level of maturity. I don't remember exactly what i wrote, but it was something about being the best in either advertising or PR and to buy my first branded purse by 24 (lol adding personality to the essay so to say). I also said something about monetary gains as a career aspiration because I feel that money can act as a motivation in case my passion decides to take a day off.

WAS SUPER HAPPY I GOT THE PRINCIPAL'S SCHOLARSHIP AND sad to say I did not get the TWCS and failed at the first stage of the interview -.- FAIL.COM. ANYWAYS.

Then i remember the TWCS results broke me. felt damn worthless wtf because i wasn't worthy of a 100% waiver. Getting the interview then not getting through the 2nd stage is like; you're good, but not good enough so EFF OFF. AT THE SAME TIME GETTING A CREDIT FOR MY CRR SUMMARY. talk about adding oil to fire -.-
Now, doing my internship, living under a monster I call my ladyboss who is constantly trying to exercise her authority on me. Ken thinks it's an indian thing which I have no idea what Indian thing -.- care to explain indian women and authority to me?

BACK TO THE TOPIC.

I am now stuck under my ladyboss, and very little monetary motivation. Every morning as I am having a drink in the office (non-alcoholic lol too early) I ask myself. WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU STILL DOING HERE.

FYI. i do understand that i am expected to accept things being thrown at me (not literally because if they really threw smtg at me i would throw a bitch fit and probably throw something back), to learn and grow as an intern. But i am lacking motivation.

My car story.

Every since the first day i started driving (officially/unofficially) I've never seen myself having the fear of being on the road at all.

About 2 weeks back, as I was driving home from work on a rainy day, some guy crashed into my car. I was at a very poor mental state and was in no mood to negotiate or anything. I would like for the guy to shut up, let me go home and I'll fix my own car (because he was winding as hell). Every since that day, I feel damn stressed out when I drive. WHY STRESS? because I'm afraid that people would crash into me. PARANOIA much.

Then now, I'm having nightmares about people crashing into me. 2 nights omg. I think this is like post-partum stress or some shit like that. VERY BAD.

Just yesterday, while I was on my way to work, I knocked into a motorcycle. I thought it was HUGEEE collission and that the woman was gonna fall on her ass. But in turn, we looked at each other, then she sped on. WTF MOMENT TTM. My heart was beating so fast I thought I was gonna die. I continued driving the next 20 minutes in the car in total silence. Even my mind was silenced.

These two incidences got me thinking. Am I a safe driver? I have NEVER doubted my driving skills EVER. until now. I keep telling myself that it could be others' negligence. and that I should just chill.

NGEH. People who know me well would know that I cannot chill. HAHAHA.

I have come to realise that I love mondays. Times passes exceptionally fast. This is due to:-

#1 We have tonnes of papers to monitor! by the time we're done, it's lunch ady :)
#2 My supervisors/boss are very busy w press releases/meetings from the events happened during the weekend to care about me.
#3 I have nothing to look forward to bcuz it's Monday lol. It's too early to look forward to the weekend.

The bird and the cow.

I'm not sure what prompted me to write this. As i wanted to tag pictures on Facebook. I am reminded of this memory.

Going back to not long ago. (A rather sad part of my life), i remembered the people in it. There were the nice ones, the nasty ones and the ones that PRETENDED to be nice. They made me understand that sometimes, outsiders see the picture clearer (more objective rather than taking sides).

I remember a certain Math teacher in Form 5. He told me a story. About a bird.

"On a very cold night, a bird was flying in the sky. It was so cold, that it froze and fell to the ground. As it was dying, a cow saw and decided to take a dump on it. The warmth from the cow dunk warmed the bird up. Soon, the bird began chirping and singing. Then a cat heard the bird, dug it out and ate it. The moral of the story is #1 not everyone who shits on you are your enemies #2 not everyone who gets you out of shit is your friend and #3 when you're in deep shit, shut up!"

To you, it may seem like a lame/pointless story but to me, it meant the world (at that time at least). The story opened my eyes, told me that, it is okay that you're alone now because we all pay the consequences to our own actions. And that it is important for use to learn acceptance.

So here, I would like to thank this inspiring teacher (although he did not write the story) for sharing this with me. For it is this story that kept me going at that time.

Classes begin for real tmrw! cuz i only have lectures on the first week and there wasn't any lecture on monday.

Began holiday with trip to Laguna Redang with relatives from the paternal side.

Overall it was an awesome trip. Got so sunburnt my skin colour got 5 shades darker. Food was freaking awesome. Althou snorkelling was rather disappointing because the corals are mostly dead wtf, and i was so afraid that some shark would come to attack me lol such vulnerability!, i had fun doing it with my sister and cousins. AND I SAW A FREAKIN SEA TURTLE! yes win! i was on a boat lah. but that doesn't make it any less real.

ok. on a related note. i experienced some paranormal shit at redang lah okay. not sure if it was me being paranoid or what. but here it goes. i was sleeping alone in the room, was suppose to share with kenneth but he had exams so last min couldnt make it. on the last night, i was watching tv, then wanted to sleep. i tried to switch off the tv by pressing the button on the remote, then i put the remote on the side table, took off my glasses, put it there then tv switched on, so i thought i must have touched the remote while putting my glasses. i held the remote, switched the tv off and FML it switched on again. at that point, i wasn't thinking lah fucking scared alone and everything. then i said 'fine i'm going to sleep, you slowly watch'. so i immediately closed my eyes and slept. thank God i was tired enough to fall asleep lah. then thunder woke me up at 5 smtg in the morning, it was raining like nobody's business and THE TV WAS OFF. FML TO THE MAX SERIOUSLY. was so scared, tried not to shit in my pants. and i couldnt fall asleep again -.- so i switched on the tv and watched til i felt sleepy again and slept til 8 ish 9.

thinking back about it sends shiver down my spine. i really hope that it was me being overly paranoid because i was tired and alone.

I am currently doing bachelor of arts (communication & media management) CMM FOR SHORT. under UniSA at taylor's lakeside. i don't know how to describe the relief i feel after finishing my last presentation and submitting my last assignment.

My take on traffic jams.

When i first started driving back in good old 2009, I really likes driving and i didn't mind the jam or driving friends. Cuz I guess it was something new and when it's new you wanna do it all the time.

Fast-forward to now. FUCK i hate driving! wait. I hate driving in jams/ heavy traffic-ed roads. I think I can say nobody likes to drive in a jam or rather to be stuck in a jam. Especially when there are those inconsiderate ppl who cuts line like they own the road (although i do it sometimes, but i feel mad bad after).

I think here in Msia itself, traffic jam has become a norm for us and WTF why is it a norm?! Means all the time jam and ppl are used to it? And so i'm used to it doesn't mean I have to accept it can!

And there are ways to prevent traffic jam from happening.

1. DO NOT BREAK UNNECESSARILY. it creates this chain reaction..bla bla bla go google causes of traffic jam.
2. DO NOT DRIVE TOO SLOWLY/SLOWLY ON THE FAST LANE. and don't be so egoistic and refuse to change lanes when everyone is cutting from the left. WAKE UP!
3. DO NOT STOP TO LOOK AT ACCIDENTS. ok lah fine look but don't purposely break and STAREEEEEEE. just look then go offffffffffffffff!!
4. when in an accident, do not negotiate in THE MIDDLE OF THE FUCKING ROAD. ok if the real serious ones until your car cannot move then it's acceptable. if it was just a little bump, the drive off to the side or smtg. NOT STOP in the middle of the road and occupy 1 or 2 lanes. or you're scared that the other person will attempt to speed off or afraid that the guy might hurt you? and you expect on lookers to save you/ something similar? KEEP DREAMING. PLEASE :)

People can easily misunderstand and we can easily be misunderstood.

The problem? I feel that when I wholeheartedly treat someone as a close friend, I end up unhappy. Is it because of the fact that I expect to be treated in a certain way by a certain someone and when i don't get it, i feel unhappy. Unhappy isn't the exact feeling, it's a feeling like as if you are not appreciated or in a way you feel cheated.

Early this year, I told myself, "treat others the way you want them to treat you". I have to say, I DOESN'T work this way. Many are just way too ignorant. They think that they DESERVE that treatment. Well I have to tell you here. YOU DON'T DESERVE ANY FUCKING THING. I'm simply being nice because I want to and I actually like you as a friend and would like to help out. What did I get in the end? I FEEL FUCKING USED. It has happened many times, I keep telling myself that 'oh things will be different next time.. bla bla bla'.

You might say, "So unhappy don't help lah!". I know. First of all, I WANT TO because that person is a person I consider a close friend. Someone that I confidED in, someone I trust. Secondly, it wouldn't be nice to turn a friend down. Thirdly, people would say I'm a selfish person.

The situation is like when you have flu, you use a handkerchief to blow your nose. After doing so, you 'fold fold fold' (to hide the mucus) then dump it into your pocket of dunno which jacket (that you were wearing at that moment). You go home and then forgets about it. You'd never be bothered to find that handkerchief because you have many other handkerchiefs unless other handkerchiefs are used and you have no choice. I am the mucus covered handkerchief and a friend is the person with the flu. FUCK.

I just want you to know that I'm not trying to judge you or characterize you. I just want to be your friend. I hope you know that my intention is just that.

If you think that it's a nuisance that I want the best for you (because I want you to live longer), please tell me to stop.

Foodie with KBF

I have to quickly blog about this because the drafts are piling up. I can't seem to finish up ONE SINGLE post because all so long. Today I shall dedicate this blog post to my KBF. because it's our 9th monthsary! wheeeeee

Not many ppl know that KBF is an aspiring chef. Well now you know. He always cooks for me. Whatever I want (except really chinese chinese food). We spend a lot of out time together either cooking or grocery shopping.

It's quite funny actually. We would go to gym, work our asses off. and then proceed to grocery shopping, cook and eat a lot. So... that explains no weight loss. But I'm happyy :)

This is one of the most recent ones where we spent i think gazillion years in Cold Storage at Ikano. We had a hard time deciding (only me actually) what I wanted. Chicken v.s. fish v.s beef etc. What pasta I wanted and what not.

In the end, he didn't tell me what pasta he was gonna make. and we decided to wrapped sauteed lamb/beef (i forgot) with tortilla.

FOUNDATION IN OVER! FINISHED!

With a blink of an eye, 3 semesters have passed. I have successfully completed Foundation in Communication (FICM) at Taylor's. (Ok lah still have to wait for my sem 3 results to see whether I get my cert or not). But COMPLETED is also an achievement because there are many ppl who come and go. FTL lah whatever. Who said communications is for stupid and lazy ppl and it's an easy course to do?

The last days of exams was Moral Education. The 100 MCQ question (it's every student's dream to get all MCQs -.- ) was quite nice and I was able to answer it. It was a bittersweet day for many of us. Happy we survived FICM, unhappy because it was ending. I wanted the day to be a day filled with unnecessary, meaningless tears just like the last day of highschool, but I guess we have grown, or I'm enjoying the company of different ppl.

People always say "the course end only maaaa. you guys still can stay in touch bla bla bla". But the truth is we often take advantage of technological advancement. When you know that your friend will still be on your friend list for as long as your account exists, you wouldn't take initiative to keep in touch? To message each other?

To meet up. For me, I think that social networking websites have failed to perform such actions for me. Maybe because I wasn't that well-liked (could be pure hatred) towards the end of highschool therefore no highschool friend bothers to wish me luck for my exams or anything for that matter (birthdays on fb mayb because fb reminded them and it wouldn't be nice to not wish). Not like how they do to other friends. After all, we have to bare the consequences of our own actions right :)

I hope that I haven't been too nasty for anyone of you (classmates) and I hope I was nice enough that you guys will remember me :) I will certainly remember many of you. Many of you are quite memorable in your own ways (not like you have face problem or anything like that lahh. you get what i mean) College would be nothing without friends especially kyean, tam, vern, lynn, eunice and sunwoei. Although we recently had a rough patch, but I know that we would be fine. We've had so much fun together, I really wished that we'd all still stay together forever ever and become fatty dum dums together. HAHAHHA silly me.

So the last day was filled with pictures. A lot of picture taking :) We all love to camwhore and be vain.

My monster #1 aka Jiysan turned 1/4 century old. You do the math. A century is 100 years, for those of you who don't know that.

We celebrated her birthday at Two Fatty Seafood Restaurant at ss2. Due to the recommendation by mother's friend who's the chief chef there. He ran away from Tai Thong dunno due to what reason and he opened his own restaurant. In conclusion, he's a good cook. So go there!

Happy birthday (1/11/10) to Monster #1. Hope you had a great one. You look really young for your own age and mayb you should consider getting married (so that I can wear pretty dresses) and you should give birth, because you're in your 'prime' years. Story.

He was talking on Skype or iChat or whatever with a girl out loud. Oh I'm at the MAC Lab in the LIBRARY. So it's practically his wrong to talk out loud in the library. Us being a collective culture, we chose not to confront him. But this brave guy beside him, I give him name A, got pissed off. I forgot what he exactly said but he was like 'this is a library for God's sake', then the guy rebutted and said 'chill man chill, you didn't have to yell at me, you could have told me nicely' OKAY MAYB IT'S A'S FAULT for not saying it nicely. But you're at fault too okkkk :):):):) So after that, the sohai got pissed off and typed really hard on the keyboard. MOTHERFUCKER. keyboard yours ah! I paid for it also. fuck you. Oh the mouse too. fuck you summor. So after a while of silence, the sohai broke it by asking A 'my friends' asked if you're gonna be here tmr morning'. Double sohai. So you're gonna ask your friends to beat up this guy because he SOUNDED you for talking out loud in the MAC LAB at the library. nice! you're so brave.

UPDATE : The brave man, A HAS LEFT THE ROOM. The sohai continued to talk on the software with his gf and bitched about A. "It was so weird... hahahaha" "Everyone else is talking too" yeah we are. we TRY to be discreet. "Don't talk so loudy, my mum is sleeping" Why don't you FUCK HER MOM :))))

Hello hello!

The month of October has arrived. My nightmare has begun. Assignment deadlines are coming one by one. No need to ask permission one. The work is fine I guess. I'll survive it for sure. Because 500 thousand million people before me did.

If you ask me now. I seriously don't know what I wanna do after my foundation. Although I keep saying I wanna pursue PR, I'm not so sure anymore. I have so many things that I know I wanna do but I don't know which one should come first. or which is right for that matter. I need to talk to someone.

Happy birthday loh yue vern! welcome to the eighteen year old gang :)

We celebrated in KL. Her aunt booked the nomad for us to stay in. It was our first time to KL together. I missed KL. very very much. damansara, subang, sunway, pj are good but i still miss KL :) my old turf. So me and KBF planned to 'surprise' vern by making her cheesecake. We were suppose to meet at 2pm at the nomad for check in. But then our baking was a little backed up due to a lot of things. so i came up with lame excuses saying me and KBF fought and he left me etc. quite drama. Me and KBF FINALLY finished then bathed etc and left and got there at 4 ish. very fashionably late indeed. So off to pavilion for movie and walk walk.

Hello!!! Okeh sem break has been ok eventful. Although I spend most my time at home and sometimes at college because of KBF. What have I done?

#1 Genting trip. Already blogged about this.

#2 Kajang Adventure
So Princess Kyean decided that we should go to her turf this time. And we did. I drove over to TAM's house at ss2 then we went in one car to Kyeanland. Kajang -.- The journey wasnt that far i guess because TAM was driving. The day was tiring enough. Met princess at her house and we went for RM 12.90 lamb chop. Which was very very good.

Hehs :) Sem break has begun! 2 weeks. AWESOME FAWESOME!

My first celebration was at my house right after MMH. Everyone wanted to taste KBF's cooking because yuevern talked about it on twitter and my college/twitter gang quite hyped up. Too bad the pictures are still with smelly Eunice who is back at Perak and she says her connection very bad. Anyways I shall blog about my Genting trip with TAM, Kyean, Sunwoei and KBF.

Woke up in the morning had breakfast with KBF at mamak then met up with others at 1U for bus. The bus driver was rather bitchy because we were late wtf? WE were not even the last one to reach there. Okay lah sorry we were late but no need to give attitude can. Anyways the day was too good for us to waste it dwelling on the stupid bus driver. We got down at the themepark entrance and our adventure began!

Spinner, cyclone, corkscrew and everything else. I was being a chicken as usual but i had my babis to accompany me. they quite daring in my opinion. I screamed the most -.- The crowd was quite okay. a lot of tourist from Arab. and a lot i mean by really alot. everytime i turn around sure got one whole bunch.

We met a stupid fat beech in the bus. The bus company kinda messed up the seat numbers. there were 2 other ppl that had the same seats as us. so we just settled down. And this fat beech go speak engrand like she from England liddat and gave me bitchy attitude because we were at her seat. Sorry you are unhappy but too bad I am. Anyways according to TAM and Kyean who were in front of her, she was on the phone the whole time and talked really loudly. i slept and KBF slept too. we didnt realise. so yeah FHL!

College has been quite hectic. Settled 2/6 assignments. Finals are in July. And I joined the NETBALL team in Taylors. Not sure whether I'm in the team or not. But I go for training. My attempt to join dodgeball failed because I think it's quite overcrowded. Next shall be TENNIS! hehs.

Do you really think any students will go up to a lecturer and tell them everything that she's doing wrong? It's a disrespectful move. Really it is. And you're always asking us to respect you. Now you have to answer me this question. Do you want us to disrespect you by telling you that you're wrong? I personally think that it's very disrespectful. Congratulations on your marriage that is going to happen very soon. I wish you the best things in life.

Elo! I'm home from college. Quite tired now.

The day began with McDonald's breakfast at Mentari. Normally this breakfast makes us happy and all pumped up for class. Drove to Lakeside Campus(LSC) and jam a bit along LDP. Quite patient. Entering the campus, started to worry about parking. Finally found one. I think it's the furthest parking of all. ON!

The arrow pointing down is my car. The others is where we have to walk. A HUGE U-TURN. Kyean suggested ferry service from the car park to the main area :) which is not a bad idea. The distance is okay. Just the condition of the road not tarred so abit difficult to walk with heels. YAH.
To add emphasis on my point above. That is yue vern at my camera's max zoom. We were at opposite ends of the lake. Cool eh!

The one good thing about LSC is that the classes and everything quite easy to find. The blocks all. I really like it. And air-cond is good :) No more centralized shiz so that we can alter the temperature and everything else.

I know this is SO SO SO LATE, but I have nothing to post about and I really felt like blogging.

So Terance super semangat emailed everyone about it asking us to suggest places and confirm the dates that we are free. Finally it happened at TGIF, Pavilion. Due to high school clan mostly cheras ppl, I had to go with the plan and drive to KL. Traffic was smooth as always going to KL from the other direction.

Hello! My blog has now become a ghost town due to my lack of updates. I'm on holiday nao.

HOLIDAY AGAIN?! meh.

Yes. The whole LCS Taylors moving to Lakeside so they decide to give us a mid semester break but my semester only started 2 weeks ago. Quite sien considering we just came back from a 3 week break. on the other hand I have a 1000 word essay that need my attention until thurs because thurs is d-day. a lot of shit has to be done such as plagiarism reports and referencing. the 2 things that I REALLY REALLY hate. seriously.

I've been procrastinating ever since holidays started so yeah. I am gonna be doomed if I don't continue my essay which is now 165 words. 1000-165=*takes out calculator* join mass comm MY maths fail max. OKAY! 835 more to go!

Classes will OFFICIALLY start tmrw which is an awesome thing as 3 WEEKS holiday is more than enough if you ask me. Haven't done anything really productive, just stay home and go out and go out.

Went to college today for some movie thingy. It was really ineteresting. Will do more research on that. Had awesome time with vern, lynn, sher ren and nigel today. Subway, bubble tea, pool then SNOWFLAKE! Yes yes. My cravings are satisfied. FOR NOW!

Kuala Selangor Weekend.

My first first visit to Kuala Selangor in 2010. I expected it to be awesomely good as usual but...

The visit began with car journey which was really bad. four people squeezing at the back of a CRV. My mum seriously needs to get a bigger car. Not to mention the weather was damn hot. Aijyoooooooo.

Upon arriving, uncle Paul wanted to have some coconut which is USUALLY done AFTER makan. So we went.

Ok why did I regard this trip as the worst Kuala Selangor trip because we went to a shitty restaurant. Due to uncle Paul's cleverness, he listened to the coconut seller person(CSP). So the CSP say all the good things bout it and blah. So we decided to go try it although I thought it was a very bad idea =.= So the restaurant had really bad service and let me get started on the food.

The sambal was real good though. This is... tasted really odd. I didn't like this dish at all. The most acceptable dish. LAI LIU HA?! with salted egg. FAIL PRAWN. I tasted sour and no prawn taste. PURE BAD. Too salty for my taste. And there was no kualiness in it -.-

After eating all these and crab(i cant seem to find the pic) we were still not satisfied but didnt dare to order anything else cause worry it'll suck even more. We fast fast left the place and went to another restaurant. OUR USUAL ONEEEEE!

SAY NO!

After changing restaurants obviously food was awesome. But we only had crab and the usual meehoon. After makan we went back to the CSP and complaint like nobody's business.

Can't wait til my next visit back to the usual restaurant. And family now swears not to try any other restaurants.

PS: If you wanna go to Kuala Selangor, try Restoran Kuala Sungai. My recommendation :)

My butter cake adventure!

I baked butter cake. PLAIN NORMAL BUTTER CAKE. The post title makes it so interesting righttt. Hahaha proceed with reading please.

So I was feeling really bored after coming back from gym, so I decided to bake. I wanted to do cupcakes again but nehhhhhhhh too boring always cupcakes.

After all the mundane mixing process and putting it in the oven. Let the cake cool down. It shall look something liddis...

Quite ugly but dont worry, it will be fixed!

Next step it to trim the edges. Use knife. It shall look similar to this...

However, these babies should not be thrown away as they are really crunchy and when dipped in Nescafe it is heaven :)

Next slice the cake into half.

You can slice 2 times also but my cake is quite thin so 1 time is good enough!

You shall now put whatever you want in the middle. I wasn't really prepared so I used Nutella which is SO AWESOME!

Quite messy as Nutella wasn't melted enough. You can put banana or berries or whatever inside.

When done, take the other half and cover it. Just like a sandwich. I got no picture cuz my cake broke off into 4 pieces. You can imagine it right :)

To spice it up I covered it with creme :) It's a mixture of butter creme and icing sugar. So I can control the sweetness level *thumbs up*

After I was done, I felt that the cake looked really naked. I wanted to write something on it but no occassion so if I did quite boh liao. And I was really lazy to wash the mixing bowl cuz oily. My genius mind suddenly thought of Milo.

Tadahhhhh. not so naked huh?!

If you wanna chill it in the fridge you can. YOU SHOULD ACTUALLY. Wth am I talking. Just put it in the fridge then serve it whenever you want :):)

My verdict. Baking this isn't difficult at all. Just need some time for the deco and blah. As you can see my creme is really ugly and the Milo is super uneven. OH WELL. But it definitely solved my boredom.

The next time you feel bored. I suggest you bake :):)

We decided to go dinner at Flavours.

Hello here I am blogging as Lim Jiy Ni, the eighteen year old.

First of all, happy belated birthday to myself.

After entering college, I expected my birthday to not fall during the holidays but I can't seem to run away from that. I am currently on holiday so I don't see any of my college mates and highschool kakis all have class.

Lemme tell you a story,
On the 15th, I was lazying around at home in the morning when Kyean called me to ask for my plans. I pathetically told her. No plans. She told me she wanted to shop -.- Although I wasn't in a very semangat shopping mode I said yes. And then she told me bout her plans with her mum to go college and blah. So I expected only me, her and Lynn for lunch and shopping.

Yesterday, Lynn came over early in the morning cuz we planned to go to pyramid together. I received my first present from her :)Then she then got my permission to bring a +1. She accompanied me to run some mundane errands then we ciao-ed. On the way there, smelly Kyean told us she was alone. And blah. I believed her. So we fast fast lah. These 2 didn't happen on the same day. but the same week.

First of all family photoshoot at Touch studios at Jln Loke Yew. We have been wanting to do this since last year but well everyone was just so distracted and lazy. So we finally got to do it because monster #2 was gonna go back to Aus ady. The morning was kinda normal. Had yummy breakfast but didnt eat much cuz I scared later the tummy show! lol. Traffic is always smooth from this direction to the city. YUMS.

Ok. I know my latest post was yesterday but I suddenly have the urge to blog.

Today was such a bleh day. Was suppose to have class from 8-12. But Ms. T suddenly said she got meeting so class finished around 11+ i think. i forgot. Went to library to do IHC group presentation. Yes another presentation. MEHHHH?!

I got ZERO sleep. And was cranky the whole day. So sorry to anyone who I accidentally piss off :) sayangggggggg. Went to pool with vern and lynn today. One week plus never play suddenly became lousy. After a few rounds got fed up then sat aside with Kyean. Played like 3 rounds then ciaooo.

Drove home. With eyes closed. Got home then sleep.

PS : Not getting any sleep was kinda fun.

Ok. My first college presentation was today.

My heart was beating so fast I actually think it was gonna fall out. Luckily Danesh(my group member) was calm and he calmed me down or else gg. And someone kinda distracted me.

I was so nervous that I felt nausea and couldn't eat lunch. I skipped replacement class to practice. But still unprepared. Ok lah maybe because I was hanging out at the library.

Hello. Let's talk bout something really mundane. My haircut.

"OH HAPPY HUAT YEAR!!"

Attention! This WHOLE FREAKING post will be about my haircut, who,where and what other people's feedback is.

Before college started I decided to cut my hair. Why?

#1 It was really long.
#2 It was difficult to style
#3 It looked boring!
#4 My mum asked me to -.-

Went to salon. DECIDED TO CUT 5 INCHES! alot you knowwww! I think I almost died while having my haircut.

After cutting. Not much ppl noticed so yeah. No feedback! FAIL!

Next haircut was last week. I was kinda upset so I felt like cutting my hair. How awesome horrr when I not happy I can cut my hair. ANOTHER FREAKING 5 inches!this time I didn't feel like I was dying. It felt good! Very good! Ok so the fringe was kinda messed up but generally the haircut was FREE! yes FREE!

Ok lah I sound so kiamsiap need to get free haircut. BUT WHAT TO DO?!

I didn't tell anyone bout my haircut including the babi. Only my mum knew because she was beside me. *thumbs up* both sisters didnt really react because they just came back from China and had better things to do. First day back to college. Smelly Kyean sit in front of me for breakfast TAK NOTICEEEE! *slaps*

Other people notice say it's nicer. Cuter. Rounder pfft =.=. Younger. DEFINITELY NOT MORE MATURE!! the last thing I want is people to say I look older. thanks! mission accomplishedddd!

Ok. I'm hating college now. Loving the people. Hating the course. A particular sub which always requires me to write. And the lecturer not that friendly also. Too bad it's a buy one free one package. I'm really starting to doubt my choice in communication. Perhaps I'll do so much better doing A levels or SAM or something. Everything is set at those. There are formulas, and it's so exam based. Screw malaysian education system make me love exams wtf!

For now, the reason I'm staying is because of the people and my mum =.= she'll be so disappointed if I decide to change.

I didn't know solaris was so near my house. Less than 15 mins can get there. I AM LOVINGGGGG SUNWAY SPK right now.

My mum suddenly announced that we are going to Solaris Mont Kiara. For some Thai food. =.= all the way there for Thai food. ok lah I was quite excited because my sister always say great things bout solaris. Get ready and stuff. Got to wear my new hot pink wedges. woots! mum said I look hot!

I would rate the food like 8/10 because it was generally good. The service there also ok. I guess Golden Triangle Restaurant can be summarised as a POSH place to have some thai food. Yeah. my label :) i forgot about the bill because this was quite long ago *guilty*

"SO FAST AH?!?!

Indeed. Semester one is only 7 weeks. So week 4 is midterm. ok i'm not really sure this is week what. BUT GOT MIDTERM LAH! Last weekend, i spent most of my time stonning and wandering around. I was too distracted to study. Last night, I was very determined to study. In the midst of studying, my mum came to distract me saying let's go yumcha. Being a typical teenager who gets distracted easily, I WENT! After 2 hours. Went home.

STUDY STUDY STUDY! Til 3 am wtf. Well i'm not the only one. Apparently Lynn, eunice, villi, thom and yuevern too.

Due to sleeping late, I woke up late. at 6.40! rushed like mad. drive super fast and reach like normal time thanks to federal teritory day, less cars towards KL = no jammm wheeee!

Ok. The exam was suppose to be til 10 am but I came out early! Everyone was so shocked! Ok lah it wasnt easy but I blanked out! so being me, i absolutely cannot stand looking and ppl write and me not writting any. THANK YOU ! I like college style.

A small small summary of 09'.

Studies
SPM was all about preparing and studying. Teachers always piss everyone OFF for not studyingggg. Finally when Trials was coming panicked. When SPM finally came then stress. Stress then OVERRRRRR. Had fun studying wtf?

Family
Good year for all of us. Happy times. Times where mum is pissed off for no reason and me and my sisters just laugh. Trip to Cambodia was awesome. But without Monster #1. I'm greatful to have a cool mum, awesome sisters and 2 almost to be brother-in-law that keeps us crazyy and makes things fun.

Friends.
Very super long story okkkk. But in conclusion, I wanna apologise to my friends especially 5 Sc 1 and some in 5 Sc 2 for whatever I did that made you all unhappy and hate me. I might not be as important in your hearts anymore but that's ok. Anyone can do anything they like to anyone. I know one day you all will FULLY forgive me. Although some friends came along a little later but that doesn't mean I appreciate you guys less. For those who stood by my side when my whole world was crumbling. thank you.

Ohohohohohohoho! I've waited this day LONG enough wehhh.

How did I celebrate? 09/10 celebration so happy. Although I couldn't be around my closest friends. But I'm lucky to have my sister, her bf and Meedo. Haha. The day started sexily with me and Meedo go gym in the morning. Met my darling Kyean and Rachel coincidently :) After gym went to movie at Leisure Mall to watch Alvin and The Chipmunks 2. Cinema was cold MAX! After movie so tired went back to sleep.

Slept like a PIG until 6 p.m. Yes lah waste my new years eve liddat. go die.

Awaken by my sister to ask me whether wanna join her not. So i decided to go. Hehs. Cuz it was too late for me to go join friends at KL.

I parked my car at Starhill cause cheap. Everything went well when chun lam and kah wei walked with me to Marriot. yes. they very good oneee. Wanna pay parking. Realised I don't have small change. The machine dont accept RM 50 notes. wtf =.= I panicked for like 5 SECONDS. I was at Mariott where to change money?!? Walk back up to lobby then *lightbulb moment* go to the concierge there! can change! problem solved. Was so frustrated with myself so I decided not to go eat and had McD. Life's goodddddd.

My answer is "No, I didn't" Back to the topic. Upon answering her, I fired back and asked her "what is the definition of cheat?"She answered, "something that you're doing behind the other person's back and if they found out they will be very pissed" I think I laughed. I'm scared! I'm going to go blind :(:(

My eyes was irritated a few days ago thought got ntg. This morning woke up eyes can't even open my eyes. The tendency to close is there. Drove to buy breakfast with my eyes closed. ok lah one eye open! keep tearing. Had tuition. Tuition teacher also beh tahan stop tuition ask me go see doctor. Went to Pantai Cheras. Doctor say got WHITE SPOT. wtfbbqsodelicious!

I rememberd once Ms. Regina saw my coloured contacts then she told me her experience den her eyes something wrong. Got white spots. Then this problem will make you go blind......

In my heart, at the doctor "omgwtfimgoingblind"?! worried like nobody's business. I actually have forgotten what the doctor told me. Lemme remember first. Ok doctor's visit is a WHOOPING RM90. Jine ah jine RM90 is very little for your eyes. at least won't go blind.

Well SPM is exactly 2 weeks away.

After SPM I'll be busy movingg houseeeee. Hmm. My sister is sorta worked up about moving (read it here) A part of me can't wait. Moving house is like a new chapter of my life. But that ALSO means leaving teratai behind. I'll do a special post about all my favourite things in teratai that I'll miss and of course my 7 year old house :):)

Everyone is busy busy studying and well I'm still chilling. VERY BAD. Juniors must not follow!! I watch Jennifer's Body and Poker King today. I HAVE FINALLY SATISFY MY 2-MOVIE-IN-A-ROW crave. Always wanted to do it. Next movie shall be "The time traveller's wife" and "2012". I WANT!
